We're on the lookout for reliable, energetic superstars to join our friendly team in Tweed Heads!

Click-ACS is a majority Aboriginal-owned business who provide Domestic Assistance, Gardening + Transport support services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), supporting our elderly and vulnerable clients to stay safe and comfortable in their homes. We are also a community-focused business who values integrity and care, and we proudly support inclusive employment and communities across regional NSW and the ACT.

This is a meaningful role where you’ll help with basic domestic assistance, and bring a little joy to someone’s day who may need it most.

Your day will include:

Light domestic cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms + kitchen
Other light domestic tasks/general household upkeep
Monitoring client welfare
Respectful, friendly conversation with clients
Reporting or flagging any concerns or emergencies via form submission

What we need from you:

Registered, insured + reliable motor vehicle (minimum third party insurance)
Valid, unrestricted drivers license
Smart phone that has capcity to download and use apps + access to mobile data
Valid National Police Check (or willingness to obtain at applicant's own cost)
Vaild Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain at applicant's own cost)
Valid First Aid (HLTAID011) + CPR (HLTAID009) Certificate (or willingness to obtain at applicant's own cost)
Aged Care Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain at applicants own cost)
Happy, friendly attitude
Solid communication skills
Genuine care for our clients and their well-being, and willing to go the 'extra mile' when needed
Reliability + consistency - our clients rely on us to support them with the things they can no longer do themselves, which means they need us to show up for them as consistently as possible
