Full Job Description

Payroll Solutions Pty Ltd is currently recruiting to support our client, in the provision of donor care services for their faith-driven donor base. Our client delivers humanitarian and community development programs both locally and internationally.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Donor Care Support Assistant to join our client on a casual basis at their office in Bankstown.

About The Role

As a Donor Care Support Assistant, you will support donors and help ensure they receive excellent customer service. You will assist with donor enquiries, donation processing, record management and general administrative support. You will work closely with the team and receive ongoing guidance and support.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for helping others.

This is an office-based role located in Bankstown. Rostered shifts are typically during business hours (9am-5pm).

Key Responsibilities

Answer donor phone calls, emails and general enquiries.
Help manage donor enquiries and pass them to the appropriate agents.
Process donations accurately, safely and securely, in accordance with cash handling policies and procedures.
Update and maintain donor records safely, confidentially and with due care.
Provide donors with project updates and information.
Review project media.
Follow up on outstanding donor enquiries and tasks.
Handle donor concerns professionally and in accordance with training provided.
Keep accurate records of donor interactions, queries, requests and complaints.
Attend team meetings and contribute where appropriate.
Assist the team with other general administrative tasks as required.

Skills and Experience

Friendly and professional communication skills.
Previous customer service, administrative or office experience is an advantage.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Reliable, honest, organised and able to work as part of a team.

Requirements

Ability to work from the Bankstown office.
Current Driver's Licence (desirable).
National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
