Academy of Workplace Learning is seeking an experienced and motivated Domestic Recruitment & Partnerships Manager to lead domestic student recruitment, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives across Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs.

About the Role

Reporting to senior leadership, the Domestic Recruitment & Partnerships Manager will play a key role in driving domestic enrolment growth and strengthening strategic partnerships across multiple markets and student cohorts.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading domestic student recruitment and growth strategies across VET programs;
Developing and implementing student acquisition, conversion, and engagement initiatives;
Managing digital marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and promotional strategies;
Building and maintaining relationships with employers, schools, career advisors, community organisations, industry groups, and strategic partners;
Supporting and mentoring the domestic marketing and recruitment team;
Monitoring recruitment pipelines, campaign performance, conversion rates, and enrolment outcomes using CRM and reporting systems;
Identifying new partnership and growth opportunities aligned with organisational objectives; and
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with relevant education sector requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Experience in domestic student recruitment within the Australian VET sector;
Sound understanding of the Australian vocational education and training environment;
Strong relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills;
Experience developing and managing digital recruitment and lead generation campaigns;
A proactive, organised, and results-driven approach;
Experience using CRM systems and recruitment reporting tools;
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders; and
Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
