Contribute to the delivery of high-quality cardiac care through a wide range of non-invasive diagnostic investigations, including ECGs, Holter monitoring and exercise stress testing.
Develop your expertise in advanced cardiac technologies, including cardiac implantable electronic device interrogations, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
Gain valuable hands-on experience in specialised procedural areas such as device implantations and the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Please note: This position does not include cardiac sonography as part of its scope.

An ideal candidate is a motivated and technically capable cardiac technologist who delivers high‑quality patient‑centred care across non‑invasive and invasive cardiac procedures, contributes to research and education, maintains exceptional data accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative, safety‑focused clinical environment.

Cardiac diagnostics expertise — Proficient in ECGs, Holter monitoring, exercise stress testing, and cardiac device interrogation.

Clinical accuracy and data integrity — Demonstrates meticulous data entry and reporting across eMR and cardiology systems.
Education, teamwork and initiative — Works well independently and in teams, contributes to staff training, and applies strong problem‑solving skills.
Professional development commitment — Engaged in ongoing training, quality programs, and willing to undertake CEPIA studies and on‑call duties.

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

Bachelors’ degree in a relevant science or health related field.
Ability to work and participate on the Cardiac Cath Lab 24 hour ‘on call’ roster.
Demonstrated ability to recognise and document abnormal ECG waveforms
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to support a harmonious work environment.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P. Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
