✔ Have both excellent communication and customer service skills.

✔ Have an ability to establish, build and maintain a clientele Be efficient, honest & reliable.

✔ Be punctual & possess good time management skills.

✔ Be a mature, creative and motivated person.

✔ Have solid knowledge in all aspects of Hairdressing and client relations.

✔ Be able to work as a team player with good listening skills, kindness and respectful behaviour.

✔ Show competence, confidence and have a positive attitude.

✔ Be well groomed and well presented with a great awareness of style and fashion, take pride in your ✔ work and your appearance.

Qualifications

Fully qualified senior stylist may apply.

Own transport is necessary

We have our own lovely clientel waiting for you.

Role Responsibilities

✔ Be able to offer all aspects of hairdressing - foiling, colouring, cutting with passion, drive and commitment.

✔ Ensure all services are provided to our clientele in the highest standard.

✔ Show commitment to salon standards and procedures.

✔ Show initiative and be responsible for meeting both service and retail targets and rebooking.

✔ Build your clientele by offering quality service with great care and attention to detail.

We can offer you

Above award salary paid weekly Permanent or Part Time Flexible hours.

One Saturday of per month.

Achievable Bonuses paid monthly if KPI's met.

Guaranteed paid Christmas holidays as we close for 2 weeks. Easter off too. (great if you have a family!).

Wonderful fun working environment, with a supportive, caring team that celebrate your successes.

Your colours and Cuts are complimentary every 6 weeks.
