Full Job Description

fulltime chef/cook wanted

- 30/40 hours per week.

-$30/$45 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

- on-site parking.

- meals on shift.

Bangalow hotel is a loving and consistently growing busy pub near Byron bay and we are on the look out for an experienced and passionate chef/cook to join our professional team. this role requires someone who strives under pressure, welcomes challenges, a great team player And respectful coworker.

Key responsibility’s:

- must be available most nights and weekends.

- help maintain the 5 star health rating we currently have.

- maintain stock and prep levels.

- uphold food standards and quality checks.

Skills and qualification:

- certificate in commercial cookery recommended.

- experience in previous busy venues required.

- knowledge of pans and steaks.

- ability to work within a team environment.

- flexibility on rostering.
