Your Impact as an Early Childhood Teacher
As an Early Childhood Teacher at Harmony, you will play a vital role in shaping children's learning, wellbeing and future success. You will:

Lead your studio with intentional, play-based and inquiry-driven teaching practices

Champion children's voices, rights, cultures and identities in everyday learning experiences

Plan, document and assess learning with purpose, curiosity and a strong understanding of child development

Bring the EYLF V2.0 and QKLG to life through rich, meaningful and responsive learning experiences

About You:

You bring:

A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion

Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0, QKLG and contemporary pedagogy

Passion for intentional teaching, play-based learning & inquiry

A reflective, collaborative and curious approach

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A commitment to child and cultural safety
