Job Description: Soccer Coaches (Casual Role)
Sports X Co is seeking motivated, friendly, and dependable Soccer Coaches to become part of our growing team.
In this role, you will design and deliver enjoyable, engaging, and inclusive soccer sessions for children aged 5–12 of varying skill levels.
We are looking for individuals with prior experience in soccer coaching or competitive play who are passionate about working with children and supporting their development. Our programs operate across Northern NSW, including areas such as Lennox Head, Ballina, Bangalow, Banora Point, Byron Bay, and Alstonville.
This position begins as casual employment, with the opportunity to increase hours following a successful probation period. There is also clear potential for advancement into leadership positions such as Team Leader or Supervisor for suitable candidates.
Most current sessions run in the afternoons, however additional morning availability may be offered in the future, particularly for reliable and efficient team members.
Preferred requirements:
- Background in soccer coaching or competitive playing experience
- Access to reliable transport
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one
- Availability on weekdays between approximately 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm
Pay: $33.00 – $43.00 per hour
