Are you a motivated and responsible individual with a strong sense of safety and customer service? We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Security Officers to join our team based in Townsville, in Far North Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic shift environment, offering a variety of day, night, and weekend shifts where every day presents new challenges. You will be responsible for providing high-quality security services that align with our mission to create safer communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and security of customers, staff, and premises
Conduct regular foot patrols and monitor CCTV systems
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms swiftly and professionally
Provide excellent customer service and assistance to visitors
Prepare incident and daily activity reports
Enforce centre rules and regulations in a courteous manner
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Certificate II in Security Operations (required)
Current and valid Security Licence (required)
Valid First Aid Certificate (required)
Valid CPR Certificate (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A professional and presentable demeanour
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts tactfully
Previous experience is highly regarded
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
