If you’re a Residential Property Manager ready for a change, this is your opportunity to step into commercial.

Based in our Ballarat office, this role is ideal for someone looking to move away from the fast-paced residential environment and build a long-term career in Commercial Property Management. You’ll be supported by experienced professionals who will guide you through the transition and help you develop your skillset in a more structured, business-focused portfolio.

At Colliers, you’ll be trusted to manage your day, supported by strong systems, a collaborative team, and leadership that genuinely invests in your growth.

The Role:

Manage a commercial property portfolio with support from senior team members
Be the main point of contact for tenant enquiries and day-to-day matters
Handle lease administration, renewals, and compliance requirements
Manage rental collections, outgoings, and arrears control
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting processes
Coordinate maintenance, invoices, and contractor works
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate:

2+ years’ experience in Residential Property Management
Ready to transition into commercial property
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419)
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional approach
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
