Brandt is currently searching for Field Service Technicians to join our Ballarat Service Team. About The Role:

As a Field Service Technician, you'll work directly with customers across your assigned territory, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural and construction equipment.

Travelling to customer sites to diagnose, service, and repair equipment.
Perform service and repairs on a variety of John Deere Ag & Construction, Kuhn, Kramer and other farming machinery to a high standard.
Conducting equipment inspections and recommending maintenance solutions
Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic tools and technology
Completing service documentation accurately and efficiently
Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support
Participating in ongoing product and technical training

What You'll Bring:

Mechanical Trade Qualification
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Experience repairing heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, or diesel engines
Ability to work independently while managing your own schedule
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and safe work practices
