Full Job Description

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join our high performing Aftersales team at Bedggoods Motor Group.

We are one of the fastest growing automotive car dealership groups in the Ballarat and Central Highlands region with a host of high-performing brand names in our portfolio.

In 2025 we opened our second service centre. We now have two large workshops both operating in Wendouree with eight new cars franchises and used cars as well.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor with an immediate start available for the successful candidate.

Fancy a long weekend every week; a 4-day work week is an option as well.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor will be responsible for booking, greeting and managing daily client interaction with the dealership service department. This includes ensuring clients' requirements are met to the highest levels of customer satisfaction and selling our products and services.

Successful applicants will possess the following:

A strong customer service focus with the ability to maintain good relationships with customers;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Sales skills
Telephone/email and computer skills
Good time management skills
