We have an exciting full-time opportunity across our Ballarat and Ballan Pharmacies, Monday - Friday

About the Role:

As a Reliving Pharmacy Assistant at UFS Healthcare , you will:

Rove between different locations and teams across Ballarat and Ballan as needed, rather than working in one fixed place
Provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries
Process transactions and sales efficiently
Monitor and restock inventory to ensure shelves are well-maintained
Maintain a clean and organised store environment
Support dispensary operations by receiving prescriptions

What You’ll Need:

We’re looking for someone who is:

Known for your excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customer and patients and seek to provide health solutions .
Able to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload effectively.
A strong communicator , both verbally and in writing .
Aligns with our Guiding Principles as outlined on ufs.com.au .
Previous pharmacy experience and completion of the S2S3 Certification is a strong advantage.
