Key Responsibilities

Liaising with Anaesthetists, surgeons, proceduralist rooms, and patients
Managing appointment bookings and patient inquiries
Data entry and maintaining accurate patient records

Managing stock control, including ordering and maintaining adequate levels of medical consumables, medications, and general practice supplies
Performing general administrative duties to support the practice

About You

Previous experience in medical administration is preferred but not essential - Full training will be provided for the right candidate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency with web-based software
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
A professional and friendly manner when interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
