About the role:
We are seeking applications to join our People and Culture Team. The People and Culture Administrator works as part of a fast-paced and high-performing team to provide support across a board range of human resource functions.

The school is based in Ballarat, a regional city in the heart of Victoria, just over an hour's drive from Melbourne. Across three campuses students attend the school from 3-year old Early Learning to Year 12.

Role tasks and responsibilities:

This role supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance. management, records maintenance and offboarding, while ensuring accuracy, compliance and a high level of service.

Acts as a key first point of contact for employee enquiries, helping to deliver a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records and compliance checks, supporting performance reviews, managing offboarding activities and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

The role also contributes to employee engagement, continuous improvement initiatives and effective administration within the People and Culture function.
