Grampians Health is seeking passionate Senior Registrars to join our team at the Ballarat Base Hospital Emergency Department for the 2025/2026 clinical year.

- Advanced ACEM Training: Our department is accredited for 24 months of FACEM training, with the potential to undertake up to 3 years of your training with us, including ICU and anaesthetics rotations.
- Structured Education: Take advantage of protected weekly teaching sessions, fellowship exam preparation and multidisciplinary morbidity and mortality (M&M) meetings.
- Wide Clinical Exposure: Our busy ED sees over 60,000 patients annually, with a significant paediatric presentation rate (25%) and a 28% admission rate, providing you with a rich and varied clinical experience.

What You'll Bring
We are looking for motivated doctors who are passionate about emergency medicine and thrive in a team-focused environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Full General Registration with AHPRA, or eligibility via the Specialist International Medical Graduate (SIMG) or Competent Authority Pathway.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine at a Registrar or Senior HMO level.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to patient-centred care and contributing to a positive team environment.
Desirable Attributes:
- Current enrolment with the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) for specialist or associate training.
