MFE Fencing PTY LTD is currently seeking experienced fencing labourers and fencers to join our growing team.
We specialise in residential, commercial, and rural fencing projects across Victoria, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, reliability, and professionalism.
This role is suited to applicants who already have solid hands-on experience within the fencing or construction industry. Qualified carpenters with fencing experience are also encouraged to apply.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Minimum 1–2 years proven fencing experienceOR
- Trade qualification in Carpentry with relevant fencing/construction experience
Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.
You must also:
- Be physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Have experience using power tools and construction equipment
- Be reliable and punctual
- Work well within a team environment
- Be able to work efficiently without constant supervision
- Take pride in your workmanship
- Hold a current White Card
- Hold a current driver’s licence

- Colorbond fencing
- Commercial chainwire, security, perforated fencing
- Rural and post & rail fencing
- Gates and custom fencing solutions
Away Work
A large portion of our work involves travel and away work across Victoria. Applicants must be willing and able to stay away when required.
