Full Job Description

We are a growing pet care business providing doggy daycare, dog walking, pet sitting, pet transportation, and grooming services. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pet Care Attendant to join our team.

This is a varied role that requires flexibility and a genuine passion for animal care. The successful applicant will assist across multiple areas of the business depending on daily operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising and caring for dogs attending daycare.
Monitoring dog behaviour and ensuring a safe, positive environment for all pets.
Conducting individual and group dog walks.
Providing in-home pet sitting visits, including feeding, exercising, and caring for pets.
Transporting pets safely to and from appointments, daycare, grooming sessions, and client homes.
Cleaning and maintaining daycare, transport vehicles, and pet care areas to a high standard.
Providing exceptional customer service and communicating professionally with clients.
Assisting with general business operations and supporting team members as required.

About You

Passionate about animal care and welfare.
Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds and sizes.
Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
Flexible and willing to perform a variety of duties as the business grows.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Holding a current driver's licence is preffered however not essential.
Previous experience working with animals is highly regarded but not essential.
