Full Job Description

We’re looking for looking for a passionate and reliable Fitness Coach to join our team at Co.Fit Studio in Bibra Lake!

We’re a small group and semi-private training studio, working with a tight-knit community. A lot of our members are 50+, and we take a lot of pride in coaching them properly.

That means:

Clear coaching
Attention to detail
Knowing your members as people, not just names on a screen
Creating an environment people actually want to be part of

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of building something, not just picking up a few shifts.

The role:

Casual to start (8–15 hours/week)
Strong opportunity to grow into a full-time role
Coaching small group & semi-private sessions
Supporting the overall member experience
Opportunity to get involved in content and helping grow the studio

What matters to us:

You care about doing the basics well
You’re confident coaching a wide range of people (especially older adults)
You bring good energy without forcing it
You’re open to learning and improving
You take pride in the environment you’re part of

Minimum requirements:

Cert III & IV in Fitness
Senior First Aid

You don’t need to have years of experience, but you do need the right attitude.
