Full Job Description

Looking for a stable, long-term career working outdoors with one of Australia's leading landscape companies? We are seeking General Gardeners and Mower Operators to join our Landscape Maintenance team based in Baldivis.

LD Total is a multi-award-winning landscape company specialising in landscape and irrigation design, commercial and residential construction, maintenance and residential lot packages.

With teams across WA, VIC, SA and QLD, we continue to grow through our strong reputation, quality projects, and commitment to our people.

About the Role:

No two days are the same. You'll be part of a professional team responsible for maintaining some of Perth's most valued public open spaces, including parks, playgrounds, streetscapes and recreational areas. Your duties will include:

Maintain parks, playgrounds and streetscapes to a high standard
Operate commercial landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
Conduct turf maintenance, edging, mowing and general garden care
Assist in creating safe and attractive public spaces for local communities
Identify and report maintenance and equipment issues to supervisors
Deliver quality work that exceeds client expectations.

Essential Requirements:

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Full Australian working rights
Manual driver’s licence
White card

Highly regarded:

Landscape maintenance or horticulture experience
Parks & Gardens qualification
Experience operating ride-on mowers
Traffic Management qualification
First Aid certification
HR/MR licence
