McLean Farms, a family-owned and operated agri-business located just 20 minutes northeast of Bendigo, is seeking a Poultry Laying Shed Hand to be part of our thriving farm operation. This role is essential to maintaining bird welfare, egg quality, and the smooth day to day operation. What You’ll Do

Egg Collection & Grading – Assist in gathering and grading eggs with care and precision.
Animal Care – Help ensure the welfare of our hens by monitoring their health and wellbeing.
Teamwork & Support – Work alongside a friendly and dedicated team in a well-structured environment.
Safety & Biosecurity – Follow safety protocols to maintain a healthy and hygienic workplace.
Quality & Attention to Detail – Play an important role in ensuring high-quality eggs for consumers.
