Job Description

Join us at Bacchus Marsh OSHClub, as a OSHClub Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This is a full time role offers 38hours per week, including 6 non-contact admin hours.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) 2:30:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play) 7:00am - 6:00pm (School Holiday Program)

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.

With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

✔️ACEQA approved Diploma qualified
✔️A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
✔️ Strong communication skills—you’ll be leading by example!

✔️ You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
✔️ Australian work rights.
✔️ A relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
✔️ National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
