About the opportunity
A well-established, NDIS-registered allied health provider is expanding its multidisciplinary team and is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join its Bacchus Marsh clinic. The role offers a balanced caseload — approximately 60–70% clinic-based sessions at a purpose-built therapy space in Bacchus Marsh, with the remaining 30–40% spent in the community, visiting clients across Melbourne's western and north-western suburbs. You'll work with a warm, person-centred team supporting infants, children, adolescents, adults and seniors on developmental, sensory, functional and daily-living goals.

Mix of paediatric and adult presentations (developmental delays, ASD, sensory challenges, functional independence)

Assessments, therapy planning, and hands-on intervention

Collaboration with speech pathologists, behaviour support practitioners and allied health assistants
What you'll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration

Minimum 1–2 years' post-graduate clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong placement experience will be considered)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential for community visits)
