TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Aberfeldie VIC, 3040

Service Specific: Both dedicated and Pack up set up in school gym. Consistent team of educators and 2IC. Average Attendances - BSC 25 to 35 ASC 40 to 55
Vibrant and welcoming school community that genuinely values connection and growth.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before school care: 7am-9am
After school care: 2pm-6pm
Admin: 8
Total hours: 38

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

✅As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
