Marketing Assistant

About the role

We're looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support our Sales and Marketing teams across digital campaigns, SEO, content, and events. You'll work across a range of exciting off-plan property projects, playing a key role in everything from email nurture journeys to paid advertising and social media. Reporting to the Project Marketing Manager, you'll be hands-on and collaborative — working with teams across development, sales, design, construction, and property management.

What you'll be doing

Digital marketing

Plan and run paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and WeChat. Monitor CPL, click-through rates and conversions, and coordinate EDM campaigns via Zoho and Campaign Monitor.

SEO & content

Conduct keyword research, optimise on-page content, manage Google Business Profile, and coordinate blog posts and suburb profiles to grow organic traffic.

Social media

Manage and grow social presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat and YouTube — scheduling content, engaging with audiences and briefing influencer partners.

Reporting & admin

Collate data, prepare weekly performance summaries, update platforms like REA, Domain and Urban, and support the team with sales meeting materials and market research.

Project support

Set up email nurture journeys, manage display suite supplies and collateral, coordinate gift giving on contract exchanges, and assist with client communications.

Website & analytics

Set up conversion tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager, conduct website audits for UX and performance issues, and ensure all pages follow technical SEO best practices.

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in marketing or related field
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and Campaign Monitor
Solid grasp of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or Google Search Console
Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoho, Asana and Slack
Understanding of the real estate or property development industry
Design skills in Canva, InDesign or Adobe Creative Suite and video editing (desirable)
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
Certificate of Registration (not essential — we'll support the right person)
