PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

The Senior Customer Service Representative delivers high quality customer service to a diverse range of customer across the Northern
Territory, managing complex and technical enquiries through Power and Waters multiple contact channels. These include call centre,
webchat, email, social media and face to face interactions. The role provides day to day leadership through coaching and mentoring team
members and plays a key role in supporting the training and capability development of new staff, contributing to consistent service delivery
and continuous improvement across Customer Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Experience:
• Deliver high quality, timely and empathetic customer service, resolving complex and escalated enquiries in line with First Contact

Resolution, while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Provide accurate and comprehensive information across all channels, ensuring customer interactions and account details are recorded

and maintained with a high level of accuracy.

Identify customer needs, manage expectations and support positive outcomes, including tailored assistance for customers experiencing

hardship and those in remote and culturally diverse communities.

Coach and mentor team members to build capability and support consistent service delivery, while collaborating across the team to

achieve performance targets.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, customer effort and overall service

delivery.

Meet agreed KPIs (including Quality, Grade of Service, AHT, Adherence and Occupancy) and use data and insights to support informed

decision‑making and service improvements.

Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders and respond positively to change with a commitment to

ongoing development.
