Key Responsibilities:

Apply high-quality finishes to joinery components, including preparation, application, and finishing stages
Be proficient and skilled in staining, lacquering, painting, oiling and varnishing in addition to polishing and waxing
Set up and operate woodworking machinery as required
Maintain consistency and attention to detail in all finishing processes
Provide coaching and instructions to trainees in finishing techniques and workshop procedures
Liaise with other departments to coordinate workflow and maintain productivity levels
Ensure all WHS guidelines are recognised and adhered to
