About the Role
We help homes and businesses get back on their feet after water, fire, mould, and biohazard damage. Every day is different, and the work is hands-on, practical, and rewarding.
We provide in house training and industry certification. As you increase your knowledge through IICRC courses your hourly payrate will increase.
If you currently have IICRC certification this will be reflected in your hourly rate on commencement.
We’re hiring at two levels:
Junior Technicians (No Experience Needed)
- Ideal for people with backgrounds in cleaning, trades, labouring, or construction
- Physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn
- Full training provided (IICRC certifications covered)
Experienced / Senior Technicians
- Proven hands-on experience in water, fire, mould, or trauma restoration
- Can lead a team, manage client expectations, and make decisions on site
- Ready to step up into leadership, training, or specialist roles

Your Day-to-Day
- Respond to water, fire, mould, or biohazard damage
- Use specialist equipment to restore homes and businesses
- Work with a team to deliver fast, professional results
- Interact with clients with empathy and professionalism
- Senior roles: lead jobs, supervise crews, ensure safety & quality
What You’ll Need
- Driver’s Licence (required)
- Physically fit and hands-on
- Great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- English language skills for client interaction
- For senior roles: minimum 3 years technical restoration experience
