Jawa Property Care is building a network of reliable subcontractors to complete cleaning, gardening, lawn care, rubbish removal, handyman and general property maintenance jobs across Western Sydney.
This opportunity may suit experienced service providers, sole traders, students with relevant experience, or people interested in operating their own property services business.
Services may include
- End-of-lease and general cleaning
- Lawn mowing, edging and gardening
- Yard clean-ups
- Rubbish removal
- Pressure cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Handyman and minor maintenance work
- Painting and patching
- Property presentation work
- Other property maintenance services
Applicants may provide one or multiple services.
How the arrangement works
- Jobs will be offered individually as they become available.
- Before accepting a job, you will be provided with the location, scope of work, required completion date and agreed payment.
- You may accept or decline each job depending on your availability, service area and experience.
- There are no guaranteed hours or minimum number of jobs. Subcontractors remain free to work for their own customers and other businesses.
- Payment will be agreed before each job is accepted and may be based on a fixed job price or an agreed hourly rate.
Requirements
Before receiving subcontracted work, applicants must be able to provide:
- An active ABN
- Appropriate public liability insurance
- Their own reliable transport
- Their own tools, equipment and protective equipment
- Relevant experience for the services offered
- Required licences or qualifications for licensed trade work
- The ability to issue invoices
- Reliable phone and email communication
- The legal right to work and operate a business in Australia
Applicants who do not currently have an ABN or insurance may still apply. However, these requirements must be arranged and verified before any subcontracted work can be allocated.
