About the Role

As a Behavioural Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based interventions that help children develop communication, social, behavioural, emotional regulation, and daily living skills.

Working alongside experienced allied health professionals, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering individual behavioural therapy sessions
Implementing behaviour intervention strategies and therapy programs
Supporting children with autism, developmental delay, ADHD, and other additional needs
Working closely with families, carers, schools, and support networks
Recording progress notes and maintaining clinical documentation
Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and supervision

About You

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with children and families
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is highly regarded:

Behavioural Therapy
Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
Positive Behaviour Support
Early Childhood Intervention
Child Development
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
NDIS services
Allied Health or Disability Support
