About the role
We have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to be part of our Business Services Unit, State Intelligence Command. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the delivery of business compliance services and provides quality advice and support on audit and compliance functions, business planning and continuity, with a specific focus on strengthening quality performance.
This position coordinates and implements quality assurance programs and best practice, business plan development and continuity planning to improve performance and functions including operations, human resources and finance.
The position is also responsible for providing advice on resolving Work, Health and Safety (WHS) issues and working closely with the commands/business units to champion the implementation and understanding of safety systems and programs relating to WHS.
Due to the nature of the role, work from home will not be supported.

Target Question 1:
The Quality Assurance Manager will work closely with the various Commands and business units to champion the implementation and understanding of safety systems and programs relating to Work, Health & Safety. Outline your experience in implementing safety systems and programs.
Target Question 2:
In this role you will be required to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to effectively conduct compliance audits. Where non-compliance is identified, you will need to work with all stakeholders to address and rectify the issue, as well as manage any ongoing enquiries and recommendations. Provide an example of a situation where you identified non-compliance, how you addressed the issue and the outcome.
