Job Description

Lead, inspire and make a difference across our OSHC services in the Treeby region.

We’re looking for an experienced OSHC Mobile Coordinator to work closely with our Regional Manager and provide hands-on leadership across services throughout the region. You’ll step into different teams, strengthen service delivery and help create safe, inclusive and engaging environments where children can learn, play and thrive.

You’ll travel between services across the region to provide support where it’s needed most, with a motor vehicle allowance provided as part of the role.

This is a permanent full-time role, predominantly worked during regular daytime hours. Flexibility is required to work the below split shifts when needed.

Rise then Shine: Morning shifts generally between 6:30am–9:00am
Stay and Play: Afternoon shifts generally between 2:00pm–6:00pm
School Holiday Program: Shifts will fall within holiday program operating hours.

You’ll also collaborate with Mobile Coordinators from other regions, sharing ideas and supporting consistent, high-quality service delivery.

About the role

As an OSHClub Mobile Coordinator, you’ll provide leadership and support across a range of services, stepping in where additional coverage is needed. You’ll lead passionate Educators and help deliver engaging before- and after-school programs for children aged 5–12 years.

You’ll adapt to each service, support teams to deliver fun, child-centred activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts, and help create a safe and welcoming environment for every child.
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support rostering and administration, and ensure each service continues to meet its compliance requirements and deliver a consistent, high-quality program.
With guidance from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have the opportunity to broaden your leadership experience and make a meaningful impact across multiple school communities.

Qualifications

A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
State working-with-children check
Australian working rights
National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a completed relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification, including:

WA First Qualified Educator - Have completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA
