Full Job Description

Atherton Glass are looking for an experienced, organized and proactive Administration Officer to help keep our busy office running smoothly and support our team of fabricators & installers. You will be involved with assisting customers with choosing the right products for their house needs. We fabricate doors, windows, security screens, shower screens aswell as repairs.

The skills and experience the successful applicant will require are:

+Proven experience in an administration or office support role

+Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook)

+Solid work ethic with high professionalism, take pride in their work and aim to improve quality of service using feedback from customers and supervisors

+Excellent willingness to help out wherever needed

+Excellent time management and organizational skills - self discipline, adept at planning and prioritization, managing workloads, as well as working to deadlines under pressure.

Pay: From $52,216.59 per year

Work Location: In person
