Full Job Description

Not Your Typical Trainer Role

We're not after someone who just runs a class. We're after someone who can walk into a room, feel its energy, and make it better - someone who pushes our members further than they'd push themselves, and knows exactly how to do it for each person in front of them. Previous F45 or Functional coaching advantageous.

About the Role

Coach group training sessions across our F45 Ashmore timetable
Set the energy in the room from the first rep to the last
Coach technique and form in real time - every rep, every set, with someone.
Build relationships with members so you know their names, their goals, and how they like to be pushed
Work as part of a coaching team that holds each other to the same standard
Represent the F45 Ashmore brand and culture in and out of the studio

Our Culture

F45 Ashmore is a high energy, functional training studio. We hold a high standard for our coaches, and we understand that it’s our coaches that drives the vibe in the room and whether our members achieve their goals or just do another session.

If you aren’t willing to train yourself in at least one session a week with us, don’t apply. You will receive a complimentary membership for you and a partner/family member to use.

This position would suit a University student, or someone coaching at another studio (not within 7km of our studio preferred). Potential to move onto part time hours available for the right candidate.

Pay: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour

Experience:

Group Fitness Trainer: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Cert 3 or 4 in Fitness? (Required)

Work Authorisation:

Australia (Required)

Work Location: In person
