Full Job Description

No cleaning experience? That’s completely okay. While experience is a bonus, I’m much more focused on finding the right person with a great attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, and genuine pride in doing quality work. I’m happy to invest time into properly training someone from the ground up and helping them develop the skills and confidence to succeed. I’m looking for someone who wants to grow with Bardon Clean long term and become part of building something special, rather than just filling a role.

Pay Rate

$40-$45/hr - depending on experience

About Bardon Clean

Bardon Clean is a fast-growing premium residential cleaning business focused on delivering exceptional results and creating an experience that genuinely stands out. We aren’t a high-volume cleaning company rushing through homes. We focus on quality, attention to detail, reliability, and delivering a premium service our clients trust and recommend.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and become a long-term part of the team.

The Role

Initially, you’ll work alongside me on cleans to learn the Bardon Clean systems, standards, and approach to delivering a premium service. As you become comfortable and the business continues to grow, you’ll transition into taking on your own ongoing and regular clients.

Position Details

Start as a subcontractor (ABN required)
Opportunity to transition to a casual employee role after approximately 3 months
Flexible hours with room for growth
Residential cleaning work across Brisbane

Responsibilities

Residential cleaning including regular, deep, and premium cleans
Delivering high attention-to-detail work
Providing a friendly and professional experience for clients
Following systems and maintaining Bardon Clean standards
Building trust with ongoing clients through consistency and reliability

About You

Reliable and punctual
Strong attention to detail
Takes pride in doing quality work
Friendly and professional
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Able to work independently once trained
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential

Requirements

ABN required initially
Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
Full Australian working rights
Police check is a bonus
