Sports Aid is Hiring Hockey Coaches!

Welcome to Sports Aid!

We are a service provider of Umpires & Referees, First Aid Responders, Sports Trainers and Coaches for school, community, semi-professional and corporate sports events and competitions across Australia. Established in 2023, we are dedicated to promoting sports development and ensuring fair play by prioritising sportsmanship and ensuring the safety and well-being of students & players.

We are hiring Hockey Coaches who can work with our client schools during Term 2 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (3 times per week) please see times below:

Mon: 7:30 am-9:00 am
Tue: 7:30 am-9:00 am
Thur:3:15pm-4:30 pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have a passion for sports or want to gain experience working in the school sports setting.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training drills.
Instruct players in proper techniques and mechanics to optimise their skills and performance
Analyse player performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
Assist players in setting and achieving their performance goals

Payment:

All Coaching positions are paid
Payment is processed fortnightly on Fridays

Requirements:

Eligibility to work in Australia.
Victorian Working with Children Check
Specialised knowledge and expertise in their selected sport/s
Coaching accreditation/qualification (desirable)
Those with elite playing experience are also strongly encouraged to apply
Sound understanding of the game rules & regulations
Strong understanding of advanced training techniques and strategies
Proven coaching experience (desirable)
Exceptional teaching and communication skills

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $50.00 – $70.00 per hour

Experience:

athletics coaching: 1 year (Preferred)
