What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-day)

You’ll help customers from start to finish — booking, pickups, returns, and support.

Greet customers and provide a great experience
Check customers in and out (licence, contracts, payments)
Help customers choose the right cover and upgrades (no cold calling)
Handle basic issues and resolve problems calmly
Work with the team to keep cars ready and the branch running smoothly
Coordinate vehicles, keys, and customer needs

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need car rental experience — we can train you. We’re looking for someone who is:

Confident speaking with customers
Organised and can handle multiple tasks
Comfortable with sales/upselling (we’ll coach you)
A good team player
Reliable and available for a rotating roster
Holds a full driver licence (essential)
