About the role:

Based at the Arundel Commercial Centre, full-time position places you at the heart of a busy Sales team, where your organisational skills and warm manner directly shape the experience customers have from the moment they walk through the door.

Your day-to-day will include:

Greeting customers and visitors, giving you the chance to create a genuinely welcoming first impression every single day
Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries, so you become a trusted point of contact across the dealership
Providing administration support to the Sales team, keeping operations running smoothly and giving you visibility across the sales process
Handling correspondence, filing, and data entry accurately, building skills that are valued across the wider automotive business
Coordinating appointments and supporting scheduling, where your attention to detail has a real impact on team efficiency

About you:

You are someone who takes pride in doing the small things well, and you understand that a well-run front desk makes life easier for everyone around you.

Previous reception or administration experience means you can settle into the role confidently from day one
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, help you represent the team professionally in every interaction
Comfort with Microsoft Office and general computer systems allows you to manage administrative tasks without missing a beat
A reliable, punctual approach is something the team counts on and genuinely appreciates
Experience in automotive retail or a customer-facing industry is an advantage, though a willingness to learn carries just as much weight
