Very busy venue high volume

Looking for head Pizza Chef

Minimum 4 year experience - Tasks and Duties include but are not limited to:

A pizza chef's duties include preparing dough, cooking pizzas, and maintaining the kitchen. They may also develop new recipes and ensure quality assurance.

Preparing dough Prepare and store pizza dough and Hand-stretch dough.

Cooking pizzas

Hand stretch pizza
Roll out and top pizzas with ingredients
Cook pizzas in commercial electric double deck ovens
Remove pizzas from the oven and prepare them for serving or sale
Cook prepare ingredients
cook sauces and prepare toppings
chop, julienne and marinate ingredients

Maintaining the kitchen

Clean and maintain a kitchen and tools
Ensure countertops are kept clean and tidy
Maintain oven and cooking utensils

Managing inventory

Manage inventory and supply of pizza toppings
Monitor and order supplies and inventory

Developing new recipes Create new pizza recipes and Develop new specialty pizzas.

Quality assurance Perform quality assurance for pizza and kitchen equipment and Ensure optimal baking conditions.

Coordinating with staff Coordinate with kitchen and dining room staff and Provide exceptional customer service.

Other duties

Package pizzas accordingly
Ensure cleanliness and safety of kitchen equipment in compliance with health safety standards

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
