Uniplan Group is growing, and we’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Onsite Labourer to join our crew delivering modular construction projects across regional NSW and beyond.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced trades and site teams on a variety of projects while travelling to different locations. No two days are the same, and you’ll play an important role in helping bring our projects to life onsite.

About the Role
As an Onsite Labourer, you will assist with a range of onsite construction activities including:
General labouring duties on active construction sites
Assisting carpenters and trades onsite
Loading and unloading materials
Site preparation and clean-up
Using hand and power tools
Assisting with modular installations and fit-outs
Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
This role involves regular travel to project sites and working away when required.
Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience working as a labourer on building or construction sites
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work well within a team environment
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual work
Commitment to workplace safety
White Card (essential)
Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
Additional tickets, machinery experience, or trade skills will be highly regarded but are not essential.
