Calm Beauty Co is a beautiful new salon in the heart of Armidale, built around creating a calm, welcoming space where clients can relax, feel confident, and achieve incredible results.
As our client base continues to grow, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves the beauty industry, enjoys building genuine client relationships, and wants to grow alongside a business with exciting plans for the future—including advanced training in laser treatments.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments while creating an outstanding client experience from consultation through to aftercare.

- Brow Sculpting & Brow Services
- Lash Lifts & Lash Treatments
- Teeth Whitening
- Advanced Facial Treatments
- Skin Consultations
- Treatment Planning & Client Education
- Product Recommendations
- Rebooking & Client Retention
As Calm Beauty Co continues to grow, you'll also have the opportunity to expand your skill set through ongoing education, with future training available in professional laser treatments and other advanced aesthetic services.
What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' Beauty Therapy experience (preferred)
- Diploma or Certificate qualification in Beauty Therapy
- Experience performing brows, lashes and facials
- Confident providing consultations and personalised treatment plans
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
- Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow
Highly Regarded
- Teeth Whitening experience (training can be provided)
- Retail sales experience
- Experience with skin-focused treatments
- Social media confidence (creating content is a bonus)
- Passion for ongoing education and professional development
