Novah Aluminium Windows and Doors is hiring a Full time Window Fabricator to be part of our team.

Novah Aluminium Industries is a premium manufacturer of bespoke aluminium Windows, doors, façades, and architectural systems for residential and commercial projects across NSW. This is a hands-on, high-impact role essential to delivering the precision, finish, and reliability our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Fabrication and assembly of Novah’s aluminium window and door systems, using various local suppliers (Darley, Capral & Alspec)
Processing and glazing of aluminium frames and glass components
Accurate measuring, cutting, and fitting for production
Quality assurance checks to ensure premium finish and compliance
Safe glass handling, cutting, and installation as required
Operation of fabrication machinery, hand tools, and equipment
Support installation/service teams with technical workshop assistance
Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-focused workspace
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in aluminium fabrication, glazing, or a similar role
Strong understanding of aluminium window and door systems
Experience with glass handling, cutting, and glazing techniques
Ability to read measurements and technical drawings accurately
Competent operating fabrication machinery and power tools
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Strong safety mindset and adherence to safe work practices
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently
