Full Job Description

At Peter Kittle Toyota we aim to be the best car dealership in Australia, combined with our passion for cars and love of people means our customers get the best quality service available. Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor, to join our Service Department located at Para Hills West.

As the first point of contact between the dealership and our customers, your main responsibilities will include:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Book and coordinate all aspects of vehicle servicing and/or repairs
Setting and obtaining service sales and profit objectives

Skills and Experience:

Customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sound computer skills
Solid technical knowledge / understanding of the automotive industry (desirable)
Current National Police Certificate, or ability to obtain one prior to commencement
