At, Soul Origin, Elizabeth City Centre, and we are on the lookout for energetic, passionate, and motivated team members to join our opening team!

If you love working with fresh ingredients, take pride in serving delicious, beautifully presented food, and enjoy early-start, early-finish shifts, our Back of House (BOH) / Kitchen Hand role is perfect for you!

About the Role

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be the engine of our kitchen. Your primary focus will be high-quality meal preparation, including:

Prepping fresh ingredients (chopping vegetables, preparing salads, marinating meats).
Following precise brand recipes and make-guides to maintain exceptional standards.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic food prep station.

What We Are Looking For

Knife Skills: Experience using commercial-grade knives and kitchen equipment.
Attention to Detail: Proven ability to follow recipes and food presentation guidelines strictly.
Efficiency & Time Management: Ability to thrive and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: A strong work ethic with the flexibility to work independently or alongside a small team.
Food Safety Standards: A solid understanding of proper food safety and hygiene practices.
Availability: Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Preferred: Minimum 6 months of previous food handling or kitchen experience.
