Full Job Description

We're looking for someone who understands that great content is only part of the equation - distribution, coordination , and strategy is what actually drives results. The role requires you to work in our office based in Chapel Hill. It is essential you have a current drivers licence to travel to locations for content collection .Salary dependent on experience. What we are looking for:

strong understanding of social media platforms
ability to plan , film and execute coordinated, multi platform campaigns independently
confident shooting and editing video content (reels, short form , long form)
understanding of AI tools for content creation, editing, and scaling output
strong eye for design, detail, and premium presentation
someone proactive who brings ideas, not just execution

What you will be doing:

planning and executing coordinated content across multiple platforms
filming and editing high-quality video and visual content
managing content calendars and campaign roll outs
working alongside our team on project launches and marketing strategy
ensuring consistency of messaging and brand across all channels
helping build a strong digital presence in the property space

This isn't just a content role, it's about owning how our brand shows up across every platform.
