Kanda is seeking a hands-on Case Manager to join our growing Children, Youth & Family Services team full-time in Ipswich. This role supports young people in residential care whilst leading a small team of residential care workers, ensuring safe, consistent, and person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of residential care workers to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Develop, implement, and regularly review individual plans to meet the needs of young people
Work collaboratively with stakeholders, government agencies, and community partners to ensure coordinated, holistic support
Ensure mandatory reporting and administrative tasks are completed with accuracy and in a timely manner
Actively participate in supervision, team meetings, and stakeholder discussions to support communication and continuous improvement
Provide direct care support to young people as needed to maintain continuity of care

About You

Demonstrated experience in children, youth & family services or similar sector at a manager or supervisor level
Qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree) in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Social Work or a related discipline
Strong understanding of Child Protection principles and working with government/non-government agencies
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
Valid drivers licence, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
