Our market-leading portfolio has over 40 brands, including Jim Beam® and Maker's Mark® Bourbon, Hibiki® Japanese Whisky, Canadian Club® Whisky, -196, V Energy, Maximus, and Suntory BOSS Coffee. As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset. Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.

The Opportunity:

As a Territory Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing and promoting our much-loved beverage portfolio. This role sits within our Soft Drink division and is part of our QLD sales team, covering south to rainbow beach, north to Agnes Water, West Gayndah, Bundaberg, Hervey Bay & Mayborough. There is also one overnight stay required once a fortnight.

This is a highly autonomous, field-based role, where you’ll spend most of your time on the road working directly with customers. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, implementing category initiatives, and identifying new opportunities to bring our brands to life.

You’ll also be part of a supportive, values-driven team where you can truly unleash your spirit—driving results while contributing to our shared success.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth and achieve targets across your designated territory.
Promote and upsell the soft-drink Suntory product range to existing and new customers.
Execute territory coverage plans and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and product presentations.
Implement category management initiatives including planograms and space-to-sales compliance.
Manage Suntory refrigeration placement based on ROI and customer needs.
Pre-sell and execute all national and state-based promotional activities.
Collaborate with internal teams including Field Managers, Sales Managers, Logistics, and Customer Service.
