Job Description
As Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly while creating a positive and collaborative environment for both patients and staff. You will work closely with clinicians and support teams to drive performance, engagement, and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading, mentoring, and supporting the clinical and administrative team

Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice

Driving a positive team culture and exceptional patient experience

Overseeing rostering, workflow management, and team productivity

Supporting financial and operational performance targets

Managing patient enquiries, escalations, and service standards

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development

Ensuring compliance with practice policies, procedures, and standards

Building strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and stakeholders
Qualifications

Previous experience in a Practice Manager or leadership role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment

Experience in dental or healthcare is highly regarded but not essential
