We are expanding our crew and hiring for multiple roles across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). Whether you are an industry veteran or looking to kickstart your hospitality career, we want to hear from you!
Positions Available
1. Front of House (FOH) & Wait Staff (Junior & Senior)
You are the face of Picoso! You will create a welcoming vibe, guide guests through our menu, and keep the energy high.
- What you’ll do: Greet guests, take orders, serve delicious Mexican street food and drinks, handle payments, and keep the dining area immaculate.
- What we need: Exceptional communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work under pressure. A current WA RSA certification is required (for senior/bar roles).
2. Chef & Cook Assistants
You are the engine room! You will bring our authentic Mexican menu to life with speed, precision, and passion.
- What you’ll do: Prepare and cook menu items, maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards, manage kitchen prep, and support the Head Chef.
- What we need: Previous kitchen experience (Chef role requires qualifications; Cook Assistant is open to passionate learners). Speed, stamina, and a strong work ethic are essential.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience (experience in a fast-paced Mexican restaurant is a major plus!).
- A genuine passion for outstanding customer service and teamwork.
- Strong reliability and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holiday periods.
- A commitment to high standards of cleanliness and venue presentation.
