Quality Inspection Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands‑on Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead a team of Inspectors and Leads in ensuring product conformity, documentation accuracy, and strong alignment with production. This role blends team leadership, quality system oversight, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop Inspectors and Leads.
Ensure inspections, NCRs, and documentation meet AS9100, FAA, and customer requirements.
Coordinate daily inspection priorities with Production.
Support problem‑solving, escalations, and technical questions on the floor.
Track quality KPIs such as NCR accuracy, first‑pass yield, cycle time, and defect escape rates.
Partner with Quality Engineering and Production to drive process improvements.
Apply Lean tools (5S, standard work, waste reduction) to improve flow and accuracy.

What you need to have

3–5+ years in quality inspection or aerospace/regulated manufacturing.
Leadership or lead‑level experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of AS9100 and FAA requirements.
Experience with Lean/CI tools and KPI‑driven performance.
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.

Stuart Florida Site Requirements:

Information related to the position:

The compensation range is $75,000 to 85,000 base salary. Any prospective offer will take into account the overall experience the successful candidate brings to the role. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
